Has arenanet been brainless for a year or is a 3 second unstoppable kill supposed to be balanced?
I know hammer damage is supposed to be higher because of its slow attack speed, but does attack speed matter when you can kill someone in 2 seconds anyway?

And please, if you abuse hammers, dont say "theyre not broken because i abuse them"

Hammers are just like any other warrior; easy to shutdown, offset by their high DPS. If you're looking for proper damage, go Axe. Hammers are more of a spike thing anyway.

There are plenty and enough counters against warriors, especially "blackout" can make a hammer warrior's life very painful, not to mention renewed hate like faintheartedness or flashbots. If you fail at hindering hammer warriors at gaining adrenaline from time to time you should question your strategy, build.

If hammers are so overpowered, why isn't everyone using them? Oh! That's right! there are 2 other weapons worth taking, who do the same amount of damage ( on a longer period ).

Hammer = slow buildup, fast deadly spike
Axe = fast build up, good spike
Sword = mixture

Hammers are barely used as it is. I'm surprised someone is actually complaining about them to make them less accessible.

Air is the second best elite in the game, and nobody uses it the way it could be abused. That doesn't mean it's fine the way it is.

yeah my wand can do more damage in a 1 hour period. If you play warrior and dont use a hammer, you are a moron. It's like being a monk with no armor, it just doesn't work

Yes but counters to sword, axe, and hammer are all the same, except you cannot kite away from hammers. Hammer is way way way better than the other 2 weapons, because they can kill something with no outside help without the target being able to move or cast. If hammers couldn't kill you whenever the user wanted them to, i wouldnt be complaining.

3-hit hammer combo will not kill a 60AL target from full hp. I've taken plenty of those on my mesmer.

Hammers are not overpowered. They have advantages (large damage spike) and disadvantages (vulnerable to edenial and blackouts, as well as miss chance).

Hold hold on, its a combo, that, like MOST combos, are killing (zomg) and wait even more, a -good- monk won't die to this Knockdown->Crushing->Irresistable Combo..tbh its not hard to see a warrior rushing at you so just prot yourself ;\

To be completely honest, you sound like someone who just isn't having fun in Randoms, head to the big boy leagues and these problems don't really occur.

crushing blow: dismember/ swift chop
irresistable blow: griffons sweep - leviathans sweep

True. Let's nerf swords then. They're pointy and hurty anyway. And bows. I hate bows, they're so overpowered, they are pointy _from a distance_.

Only one person complaining, /unsigned. Or maybe the other can't complain 'cause they're still knockdowned.

You never ran in to a good flashbot in your life have you? And you are also apperntly the sort of person who doesn't bring res signet, because that monk is up 3 seconds after you killed it (and i hereby challance you to try and kill me on a boonprot 1 v 1 while you use a hammer war in under 2 minutes) and on a hammer you can't charge you adren fast enough to spike again within those 3 seconds.
